Shipping and Sales Tax
We only ship within the continental United States. If you would like an item shipped outside the US, please contact us for shipping options.
Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order.
Tax will be applied to orders shipped to North Carolina at a 7.75% rate.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Currency: All prices listed are in US dollars.
Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
Inventory: Subject to availability.
Shipping: Products are shipped from various locations and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as shipping and handling charge. Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of processing. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response within 48 hours. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to a street address; no P.O. boxes.
Cancellations: Subject to LZ Enterprises, LLC acceptance and terms, this will indemnify LZ Enterprises, LLC against any loss.
Damage Claims: Please inspect shipments promptly and make any damage claims to linedriedlinens.com for any USP shipments. Linedriedlinens.com will assist in the process of collections.
Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
Returns: LZ Enterprises prides itself on quality, value, and customer service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return an item for a refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by linedriedlinens.com within 14 days of return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued.
Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and issued a RMA. To receive a RMA, email us at info@linedriedlinens.com or phone (919) 414-9081. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made.
